Bars Manager

About the role:
Managing The Dome’s core bars as well as delivering the hospitality services for events, this is an exciting role. Leading and building a team of professionals to succeed in a busy environment offers the perfect platform to develop and grow our licensed trade. The position is empowered to achieve, managing the profit and loss of the business through liaison with the company marketing team and with support from the General Manager.

About you:
You are the ultimate people person and know how to adapt to differing
customer bases with ease. You thrive in a busy environment and revel in delivering exceptional customer service. At ease managing a team of people of all ages and abilities, you understand the need to coach people to achieve. A background in multi-outlet operations would be beneficial.

Hours:
Average 45hrs per week across a 3 week, rolling rota pattern
