Catering Supervisor

Cast is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to work

in our theatre’s Cast Events team to help add to the customer experience for all users and visitors of the building and support their colleagues whilst generating income for the Catering operation.

32 hours per week to include early mornings, evenings and weekends

The successful candidate will:

• Provide high levels of customer service throughout the catering operation, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction and maximising sales.
• Deputise for the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Manager by leading discrete shifts and managing the staff on those shifts.
• Prepare and serve drinks, meals, snacks and catered refreshments to specified standards.
• Operate the till and handle cash efficiently and accurately. Will cash up at the end of service and bank income appropriately. And will open up or lock down the building at the start and end of service
