Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT) is a registered charity delivering premier leisure & culture provision across Doncaster with a diverse portfolio of venues in the pursuit of our aims of addressing physical inactivity, raising cultural ambition and tackling education inequalities in the borough of Doncaster. 
Our business is a blend of industries. From swimming pools, gyms, golf, hospitality to outdoor events and theatre.
We currently have two exciting opportunities to join our business

About you:

You have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate confidence when talking to Customers by telephone. Great customer services skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding. The ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Have a good understanding of IT, with focus upon Microsoft Office applications and our own CRM system.  

Main responsibilities include: 

  

Previous Contact Centre or Customer facing experience is desirable, but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
