Group Business Development & Marketing Manager
Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust is currently looking to recruit an exciting new post to strategically drive forward our business.

About the role
As a member of the leadership team, working within the Communications sector of the organisation, the Group Business Development & Marketing Manager will support the increasing business demands of a growing and ever-evolving organisation.

You will proactively seek out new opportunities to increase engagement, footfall and revenue across all of our venues, facilities and services. You will devise and deliver marketing strategy and manage all aspects of stakeholder engagement, communications and customer experience.

About You
The pace is fast and requires a strategic thinker who has experience of achieving deadlines while not compromising on quality or budget management. Responsible for a small but agile team, proven leadership experience is a must.

You should be a results and target driven individual with a desire to exceed, not just achieve.

The ideal candidate would have both business development and marketing experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to operate strategically and to devise, deliver and evaluate marketing strategy.

Salary:              £35,000 per annum basic, raising to  £40,000 on successful achievement of probationary period.

Hours:                Average 37 hours per week including some evenings and weekends
