Retail and Hospitality Manager

About the role:
Overseeing all areas of commercial activity relating to the campsite, retail and catering outlets, you will lead a team of engaged colleagues to offer the best experience for all visitors. Collaborating extensively with other teams at the venue, you will look to maximise revenue and develop new income streams whilst maintain excellent standards of customer service across visitor facing teams.

About you:
You thrive in a busy environment and revel in delivering exceptional customer service. A background in multi outlet operations would be beneficial. Knowledge of kitchen management, compliance and Hospitality Management is desirable but more important is the passion to learn and develop. You will have a minimum of 2 years Catering experience, good communication skills with the ability to lead a diversly skilled team to achieve the highest standards of experience. Important for the roles is the ability to be flexible and to exhibit professional and a welcoming approach to all endeavours. You will be conscientious and demonstrate a pro-active approach to yours and other’s health and safety.

Hours:
Base of 45hrs per week, work patterns will include evenings and weekends and
Responds to a seasonal business.
