Position: Shift Manager - Strikes Bar & Kingpin
Salary: £23,464 per annum or £16,686 per annum
Hours: Average of 45hrs or 32hrs per week, work patterns will include evenings and weekends
About the role: You are a strong all-rounder and are happy leading from the front to ensure that every part of service delivery across all activities is to the highest standard. As Shift Manager, you will be leading the team, coaching and mentoring to develop people to be their best. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is expected to develop promotional and marketing initiatives to support income generation.
About you: You are motivated and wish to contribute to a team ethos that is driven to succeed. You are flexible and embrace the challenge of a busy food and beverage environment. With excellent communication skills, you thrive in coaching and mentoring colleagues through displaying a positive behaviour.
