Position:              Shift Manager

Salary:                  £23,464 per annum

Hours:                  Average of 45hrs per week, work patterns will include evenings and weekends

About the role:
The position leads from the front and has the customer at the fore, ensuring that every person who visits the Leopard receives excellent service.

Leading a small team, the role is a strong all-rounder, understanding the need to balance a strong management ethos with the ability to make work enjoyable and focused on success.

It is a diverse role, and the pace can change daily, with a great program of gigs, function bookings and our loyal community of pub stalwarts; The Leopard offers the chance to build a strong background in a live music pub
