Lessons are split into numerous stages of progressing difficulty. Foundation stages focus upon water confidence whereas later stages develop the swimmer's technique and swimming ability, meaning they will be gliding through the water in next to no time.
Children will earn certificates and badges as they go along, adding to their feeling of personal achievement.
