Now is your chance to try some of our new ways to stay active and healthy whilst at home.
Adults should aim to take part in at least 2-3 hours of moderate to intensive physical activity per week. This includes building strength to keep muscles bones and joints strong, and taking regular breaks from your computer, phone and TV screens.
Whilst you are at home, try to break up periods of inactivity - even if it means just walking around your house once every hour, and make it your challenge to hit your activity goal by taking part in some of our fun home workout videos too.
We also have lots of local ideas for ways to get outside and take a walk, jog, cycle or run - whatever you prefer. All of these things can be fun, help you clear your mind, all whilst getting in some well-earned fresh
