About the role
As the customer interface of DCLT, the Receptionist role is pivotal in maintaining high retention and customer care, providing customers with a friendly and efficient service for all transactions and advance bookings, and to provide up-to-date information on request
You will be confident and self-motivated with a passion for the leisure industry and have a customer focused approach. You will have excellent IT and communication skills and previous cash handling experience is advantageous. You will have experience of working to targets and posses the skills to prioritise work loads, manage time and work to deadlines whilst being committed to best practice, continuous improvement and with a positive approach to customer care.All Vacancies Apply Now
