The Dome Deadline for Applications: 27 Jan 2020 Interview Date: 29 Jan 2020 Salary: £15,233 pa, 32 hours per week across 7 days comprising 8-hour shifts including morning evening and weekend shifts.

Working within our Contact Centre, you will be part of the team which is the first point of contact for customers wishing to access any of DCLT's services.

Operating across a multitude of communication channels, you will be assisting many customers to get the information they seek and, where appropriate, matching them with the most suitable products and services which DCLT offer.

32 hours per week across 7 days

Experience, Skills and Behavious required:

Previous Contact Centre or Customer facing experience is desirable, but not mandatory, as full training will be provided
