You will be confident and self-motivated with a passion for delivering the best customer experience.
Ideally you will have experience of managing staff, motivating people to achieve in a performance framework.
It is preferred you are a personal licence holder.
Knowledge of kitchen and cellar management would be advantageous.
Working with the General Manager you will drive profitability through management of staff rotas, stocks, menu planning and promotions.
Maintaining focus under pressure while leading and motivating a team will also be important.
