Duty Manager - The Dome

The Dome Deadline for Applications: 20 Sep 2019 Salary: £20,093.94 pa, 37 hours per week (5 from 7 days)


37hours per week across seven days

Responsible for the daily operations of Dome Leisure Centre, we are looking for a motivated individual with fantastic organisational skills to efficiently manage all aspects of the venue.

About the role 

The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, ensuring that every one of our visitors have an enjoyable visit. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing and organising staff, ensuring that activities and services run to schedule and that all aspects of the building remain safe, clean & enjoyable for staff and customers alike.

About You                                        

You will be a confident and self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service. You must be a great communicator and project a customer focused approach to all who you lead.

Previous experience within the Health, Leisure or Entertainment industry would be desirable, as well as experience at Team Leader or Management level.

Current pool lifeguard qualification is essential for this role
