Edlington Community Swimming Pool Deadline for Applications: 21 Jan 2019 Interview Date: 24 Jan 2019 Salary: £14,140.36 per annum , 30 hours per week across 7 days

 30 hours per week, 5 from 7 days / unsociable hours

 

About the role      

To support the centre Management in increasing revenue and usage. Maintain good observation over the pool on day to day basis, communicating effectively with all pool users, colleagues and other staff throughout the building whilst having an awareness of problems and preventing accidents. To carry out daily cleaning and tidying of the pool, poolside and all dry-side areas ensuring a customer friendly workforce and facility at all times.

 

About You                                                  

You will be confident and self-motivated with a passion for the health, fitness and leisure industry with excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach.  You will hold a current Pool lifeguard qualification which is an essential requirement of this role.  You will be committed to best practice, continuous improvement and with a positive approach to customer care.
