HOW DO I BOOK ON TO A GYM SESSION?

Gym sessions can be booked using DCLT's session & class booking system - the same system you may have used previously to book onto a fitness class.

To book, you will need your email address and password.

If you have not yet logged in with your email, instead of your ID, you will need to do this by clicking "reset password" and inputting the email address you signed up with.

Each user needs their own account, but you can all use the same email address if you wish, but you need a different password for each user.

PLEASE NOTE: THis is not an automated system. A member of the team will email you your details as soon as they can. Due to current levels of demand, this may take up to 48 hours to complete.

These details cannot be given over the phone or at any of our centres, so please do not call to request them.
