Get Creative This Easter

Easter is the perfect time of year to get creative and there are lots of things you can do with the children to get their creative juices flowing.

You can even pick up things such as leaves, stones and flowers on your walks and use these in your crafts as well.

Painting Rocks

Keep your eyes peeled on your walks for smooth stones to paint when you get home.

There are lots of lovely things you can paint on them, but we love this bunny themed rock.

Please don't hide rocks for other people to find. We know this has been popular in the past but this is not something we advise while restrictions are still in place.

Lollipop Stick Bunnies

These cute bunnies made with lollipop sticks, cardboard and pipe cleaners are super simple, and super cute.

Use patterened card if you have any, to make decorate ears, or you could even use empty food packaging boxes and paint them.

Spring Leaves Tree

When you are on your walk, look out for nice leaves and wild flowers and collect them as you go along.

When you get home, you ca create this lovely tree using the things you found.

Make sure you only pick wild flowers and not from a public display or private garden.
