Make it Count

So, we have given you all the ideas you need to "Make May Count" so now it is down to you to keep count and track your progress.

You can use your phone to count your steps if you're walking and you can use the free version of Strava to count your distance when walking, running and cycling.

You don't need to compete with anyone else, it is easy to think that others are doing more than you when you start using apps such as Strava but the only person you need to compete with is yourself.

Set yourself little challenges such as cycling 2km, then 4km, then keep practicing to get up to 10km and gradually build up your strength and fitness to keep improving.
