Choose Swim Swimming Lessons

We are pleased to be able to welcome you back to Swimming Lessons.

It is important to know that when you visit the venues below for swimming lessons it will be a very different experience.

Additional safety measures have been put in place to make you feel safe and comfortable and to protect our customers and staff.

The measures include:
  • Extra cleaning in all venues
  • Session times must be adhered to – we ask that you arrive no earlier than five minutes before your lesson time. If you arrive before that time, you may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle
  • Swimmers are asked to come to the venues swim ready – that means that your child should have their swimwear on under their clothes
  • Any spectators/ parents will need to wear suitable face masks while in the facility

We appreciate that this is a big change to the swimming environment but to enable us to offer these lessons in a safe we they are all necessary changes.

Due to physical distancing measures we will be reducing the number of swimmers in each lesson. This means that we cannot guarantee that you will keep your existing time slot. Extra times and days are being added to the calendar. We will be in touch with this detail as soon as we have it.

We will be in touch with you directly as soon as we have more details. Please do not call our contact centre as we are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls and there are no further details to share at this point.

We want to reassure you that your child will receive all lessons owed to them from when the venues closed in March. Resuming lessons at the same point in the month as when they were paused means that any lessons owed will occur between September 19 and your next usual direct debit date. If you are a block payment customer, all sessions have been rolled over and you will have the same amount of sessions in credit as when we closed.

We are sorry that we cannot welcome everyone back at this time and we thank you for your patience as we slowly open our facilities in a safe way.
