Golf Club Membership Offer

DCLT Golf Course Members can now apply to become members of Crookhill Park Golf Club for £85.
Golf Club member benefits include:

Crookhill Improvements

We are delighted to let you know that Phase 1 of the National Flood Management Scheme works for Crookhill Park Golf Course is scheduled to begin on 21st September. 

Whilst we sincerely apologise for the temporary disruption, these works are necessary for what is going to be a fantastic overall improvement to the facility.

Here are the key details and schedule:

21st September

Digging of the main attenuation pond on the 18th hole (approximately 3 to 4 weeks of work).

Dredging of the 'lake' by the 11th hole:

Approximately 2 to 3 weeks of work. Silt will be transferred to the overgrown area at the rear of the maintenance sheds. Access has been identified for the transfer of silt across the 13th and 14th (the best and really only route), and then up the driveway around the rear of the clubhouse.

Car Park Access:

The one-way system to the car park will be reversed (Signage will be in place for this).

Course Protection:

Boarding is being used for all areas of the course where silt is being transported to avoid major course damage.

Impact on Play:
During this phase (mainly the dredging of the pond), given the impact on the majority of the back 9 (11th, 13th, 14th, 17th, and 18th holes), Therefore, only holes 1 - 9 will be in play.

Phase one aims to be completed by mid-October, and we will keep you updated on our progress.
