Ensuring our centres, facilities and systems are accessible to all is very important to DCLT.  We are always working to improve this, but please find our latest accessibility guidance below.

EVENTS & LIVE CONCERTS 

Accessible seating is available within the balcony area and has easily accessed viewing platforms where wheelchair users and companions can enjoy excellent views of the stage. Limited numbers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The accessible seating area is positioned near exits and accessible toilets. The area is accessible from the same level from the main entrance via lifts form the lower ground floor.

Other seating is available in other areas of the venue for those who do not mind using steps.

Tickets can be purchased via phone booking only. Proof of eligibility will be requested when bookings are made for accessible seating and free companion tickets. For more information, please contact our Bookings team on 01302 370777

If you find that the text size is too small, then you can easily make it larger, following a few simple steps.

The fastest option is to press CTRL + Plus or Minus (or Apple + Plus/Minus for Mac) on your keyboard. You can also adjust text size in the View menus of most browsers.

On mobiles, you can pinch to zoom, or customise your devices' accessibility settings to adjust text size, contrast and add audio prompts for key interface elements/navigation.  Exact instructions vary if you are on iPhone or Android devices, so please check with your device manufacturer for more accessibility settings.

DCLT offers free carers tickets for activities in our leisure centres including swimming, ice skating, and the gym, and for selected show tickets (at the promoter's discretion).
For the free carer ticket to be applied we request proof of eligibility, which can be a carer card or PIP letter to be sent to contact@dclt.co.uk with a contact number.
Once the account has been activated you just need to ring each time on 01302 370 777 you wish to book an activity.
