Member Wellness Programmes

Member activiation

An activiation is crucial if you’re new to the gym. Even if you know your way around the gym, it’s always beneficial to have a professional demonstrate to you how to use each piece of equipment.

All members will be given an activation FREE of charge to guide you through the early stages of your fitness journey.

We will demonstrate the best technique and posture to adopt whilst using the equipment which will also ensure that you remain safe at all times and are using the equipment effectively to maximise your workout.

Body Analysis with Boditrax

Body analysis with Boditrax is currently available at Choose Fitness Balby, The Dome and Adwick Leisure Complex.

Customers using these kiosks will be able to get data to help to monitor body composition thanks to measurements from fat and muscle percentage to Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

Boditrax will help people to understand their body better and help them to focus on key areas to get the results they want.

A simple scan provides key stats including:

Baseline

  • Age
  • Height
  • Body weight and ideal body weight
  • BMI

Composition

  • Fat percentage and mass
  • Muscle percentage and mass
  • Water percentage and mass
  • Bone percentage and mass

Result

Every Choose Fitness member can use the Boditrax machine as part of their membership.
