Adwick has a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, fitness studio, cycle studio, bowling, soft play, and outdoor skate park and football pitches for you to enjoy.

Swimming & Fitness

Our swimming facilities include a 25m swimming pool and a separate teaching pool. For those focused on health and fitness, our centre provides a fully-equipped gym, dedicated group fitness studios, and a specific cycling studio. To aid in recovery or simply to relax, there is also a sauna included as part of our Choose Fitness membership.

Leisure 

We have an 8-lane Kingpin Bowling Alley for a fun, social activity. For younger visitors, there is our Playzone, soft play area. Outdoors, we have three 6-a-side 3G football pitches and a skate park.

Food & Drink

Visitors can find a range of food and drink options at our on-site American Diner, Strikes Bar.

Accessibility at the centre

Located within the main changing village, our accessible changing room is just 29 metres from the main entrance. The entrance door is 88cm wide, opens outwards, and is fitted with a locking handle.

The changing room is spacious, measuring 300cm x 254cm. It includes an accessible toilet with a 222cm left-side transfer space, a drop-down support rail, wall-mounted grab rails, and a flush located on the transfer side. The toilet seat height is 46cm, and the sink, fitted with a lever mixer tap, can be reached from a seated position.

Additional facilities include a working emergency alarm, a manual hoist, and a height-adjustable, wall-mounted changing bench measuring 170cm in length. A wheel-in shower is also available, featuring a flip-down seat at a height of 52cm and an adjustable shower head.
