Rossington Leisure Centre is at the heart of the community, and with a refurbished pool and new gym it's the perfect place to achieve your health and fitness goals. Pay-as-you-go or join our Choose Fitness Membership for year-round access.

Activities & Facilities

Our centre is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and have fun. Our Gym is equipped with a wide range of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment suitable for all fitness levels.

In our main Swimming Pool, we offer a full program of aquatic activities, from dedicated Swimming Sessions perfect for lane swimming to our popular Family Swim sessions that provide a great way for everyone to enjoy the water.

For those looking to learn or improve their technique, Swimming Lessons are also available fro all ages including adult lessons.

Our facilities include a range of accessibility features to help you make the most of your visit, whether you’re swimming, working out in the gym or taking part in activities.

Getting around the centre

We offer a range of accessible features to help you move around the centre, including:

Two dedicated accessible parking spaces.
Step-free access to the building.
Lift access between floors, including access to the upstairs gym via the lift in the youth area.
Assistance dogs welcome throughout the centre.
Staff support with pool access where required.

Changing Places facility

Our Changing Places facility is located to the right of the main reception area and is accessed using a key. The spacious facility provides additional space and specialist equipment to support visitors with additional access and personal care needs.

Facilities include:

A height-adjustable changing bed.
A shower, sink and toilet.
Accessible changing and shower facilities.
Motion-sensor lighting.
An emergency alarm that alerts reception when activated, providing added safety and reassurance.

Accessible swimming

We want as many people as possible to enjoy swimming at Rossington Leisure Centre.

The pool can be accessed via graduated steps or by using the pool pod, which supports assisted entry into the water.

Visitors using the Changing Places facility can access the poolside through a door on the opposite side of the pool, where a ramp provides step-free access to the pool area.
