Casual Fitness Instructors at Venues across the City

Location: Trustwide
Salary: National Minimum Wage- dependant on age
Experience: L2 Fitness/Gym Instructor qualification or equivalent required as a minimum

Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT), are looking for Fitness Instructors with a can-do attitude.

Salary: 16-17 years old £7.55 per hour, 18-20 Years Old £10.00 per hour 21 years old + £12.21 per hour
Experience: Valid Pool LIfeguard Certificate is required for this role

We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious individuals who hold a current Pool Lifeguard L2 qualification as a minimum, to work on a casual basis at venues across Doncaster.

Experience: Qualified Group Exercise and Aquafit Instructor (relevant certifications required)

We are looking for Level 2 Swim Teachers to deliver outstanding swimming lessons on a casual basis across the City of Doncaster. You will need to hold a level 2 qualification in teaching swimming.

Experience: Level 2 British Gymnastics Instructor Certificate or British Gymnastics Activity Instructor (GAI)

Salary: £15,642.86 (pay review pending April 2026)
Experience: Valid Pool Lifeguard Qualification is a requirement for this post
