Our centre is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and have fun. Our Gym is equipped with a wide range of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment suitable for all fitness levels.
In our main Swimming Pool, we offer a full program of aquatic activities, from dedicated Swimming Sessions perfect for lane swimming to our popular Family Swim sessions that provide a great way for everyone to enjoy the water.
For those looking to learn or improve their technique, Swimming Lessons are also available fro all ages including adult lessons.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and convenient experience for every visitor. Our swimming pool includes a range of accessible features to support safe and comfortable access to the water, including a Poolpod, graduated steps and a pool lift. These facilities help ensure that swimming is accessible to people with a wide range of mobility needs.
Throughout the centre, full disabled access allows visitors to move around with ease. For your convenience, accessible toilets are available, alongside free on-site parking.
For spectators, our dedicated swimming viewing area provides a comfortable, dry space to watch swimming lessons and sessions. We also offer a Changing Places toilet, providing additional space and specialist equipment for visitors with more complex needs.
