Frequently Asked Questions
Children aged 4 years to 7 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 years+), with a maximum of two children to one adult.
Children under 4 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 years+) on a one child to one adult basis, or one adult to two children who wear suitable flotation aids.
Any swimmer who is above 8 years old, is a weak/non-swimmer and is unsupervised must remain in water depth where they can stand whilst their head remains out of the water.
Inflatable sessions are for children and young people aged 8-15 years only, and you must be a competent swimmer to take part in this activity.
The Volcano water features (Body Racer and Aquatube flumes)
- Water depth upon exiting these features is 1.0m deep.
- The minimum age to ride these features is 8 years old.
- All swimmers must be 1.0m tall and be in good health.
- Upon exiting the flume swimmers must be capable of swimming to the steps.
· This is a fast slide.
· The depth of water in the catchment tank is up to 0.5m.
· The minimum age to ride this feature is 8 years old.
· All swimmers must be 1.2m tall and be in good health.
· Water depth at the deepest part is 1.5m.
· This area contains underwater jets creating fast flowing water.
· Non-swimmers are not allowed in this zone when water jets are working.
