We're going to Ben Nevis! (Sort of)
Let's collectively walk, jog, or run to Ben Nevis and accumulate 386 miles in a day using a treadmill.
Then, when we get there, climb to the top (7,000 steps) using the Stair Master.
Log your contribution for a chance to win some prizes!

Once we have arrived in Scotland, we will visit Loch Ness and row the length of the lake, using a rowing machine - a total of 23 miles collectively.

FREE cycle track session
Experience the only Cycle Track of it's kind in South Yorkshire for a free session on the track from 2pm - 4pm.
Bike and helmet hire is free too, or you are welcome to bring your own.
All ages and abilities welcome, we have bikes for all shapes and sizes.
Chris Green will be available for advice and support and any questions you have about cycling.

SEND Ice Skating
If you want to give Ice Skating a try, we have plenty of options for all abilities. including our SEND ice skating session that takes place every Wednesday at 4pm. Quieter session on the top rink only, and wheelchairs are also welcome (as long as the person pushing it is wearing ice skates).
