Santa’s Beach Party takes place on Friday 4 December and Saturday 5 December at Doncaster Dome, Doncaster Lakeside, Bawtry Road, Doncaster DN4 7PD. Doors open at 18:30, the event begins at 19:00 and finishes at 01:00. 

Tickets are £45 each and include a welcome drink, live music and entertainment, and a choice of food trucks. Your ticket price includes a voucher to redeem your chosen food.

Free on-site parking is available in Car Parks 1, 2, and 4 until the end of the event. Bus routes and local taxi pick-up/drop-off points are also available nearby. 

Yes. This is a strictly 18+ event. All attendees must bring a physical, valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited ID. Digital copies or photographs of ID will not be accepted. 

You could go all out with festive Christmas attire, opt for something dressy and smart, or embrace the beach theme with something fun and tropical. There’s no right or wrong — it’s whatever makes you feel your best. 

Tickets will be emailed once full payment has been made and then this can be printed or shown on a phone on the night. Tickets must be booked online in advance; walk-up sales will not be available. Online sales close one hour before doors open. 

Tickets are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person, provided the attendee is aged 18 or over, has a valid photo ID, and presents the ticket on entry. 

Bars will serve alcoholic and soft drinks, and food vendors will be available on site. Doncaster Dome is a card-only venue. Outside food and drink are not permitted, but free drinking water will be available at all bars. 

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available. Guests with severe allergies should contact the events team in advance and speak to catering staff on arrival. 

The main event spaces and facilities are accessible. Guests who require specific assistance or accessible seating should contact events@dclt.co.uk in advance. A limited number of carer tickets are available, subject to documentation. 

Security checks and bag searches will take place on entry. Prohibited items include outside food and drink, weapons, illegal substances, glassware, aerosols, and large bags or suitcases. Re-entry is permitted only with a valid event wristband intact.
