Trip Planner

Planning a school trip can be a juggling act, so we’ve made this page as straightforward as possible.

Here is everything you need to know to plan, coordinate, and execute a flawless day out for Treat Week at The Dome.

Session Times & Itinerary Builder

All of our high-energy sessions last for 90 minutes. You have either booked just one activity, or doubles the fun by booking both!

Available Session Times:

  • Swim Sessions: 9:00am | 11:00am | 1:00pm

  • Ice Skating Sessions: 10:00am | 12:00pm (Noon) | 2:00pm | 4:00pm

Doing both? Here is how to plan your day:

To make sure your students have plenty of time to dry off, change, and refuel between activities, we recommend leaving a generous gap between your sessions.

Packing Checklists: What the Children Need

To save you answering a hundred questions from parents, you can copy and paste these exact checklists into your school letter!

For the Swimming Pool:

  • 🩱 Swimwear (swimming costume or trunks)

  • 🧼 Towel & shower gel

  • 🪙 Locker change (our lockers require a  £1 coin or trolley token

  • 🚫 Please leave all jewellery and valuables at home.

For the Ice Rink:

  • 🧦 Thick socks (a must-have for comfort inside the skates!)

  • 👖 Sensible, warm clothing (trousers or tracksuits are ideal—avoid shorts or skirts, as the rink is chilly and we want to protect knees during tumbles!)

  • 🧤 Gloves (highly recommended to keep hands warm and protected)

  • Note: Skate hire is included in your booking but if children have their own, they are welcome to bring them to wear.
