Feedback is very important to the operation of Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust. We value any feedback which our customers may wish to provide and use it to shape the products and services which we offer

There are a number of ways in which you can provide feedback.

The quickest and easiest way to provide feedback to us is by using the online form on this page. Simply select the centre and activity which you feedback relates to, provide your feedback then submit it to us. Your comments will be assigned to the appropriate Manager for your feedback, who will  then be in touch as soon as possible.Fill out our feedback form

In Person

All of our staff members are happy to receive your feedback. All verbal comments are recorded and monitored on a daily basis. If you have an issue with any aspect of your visit, our staff will do their utmost to rectify the matter straight away. If they are unable to do so, they will arrange for another member of staff who will be able to assist you further.
