We offer the opportunity for students interested in working in the leisure industry to complete a work experience placement at one of our sites.

Lifeguard training course

Date: Monday 26 - Friday 30th May
Venue: Askern Leisure Centre, DN6 9LN
Cost: £250 / if you are ages 16-18, you may qualify for a free place on this course. Please complete and submit the form below & we will contact you regarding eligibility.

The five-day course provides people with the theory and practical skills needed to be a lifeguard. The course includes training in water safety, casualty recovery, CPR, and emergency first aid. When you pass, you will receive a Level 2 Pool Lifeguard qualification.

We're looking for Casual L2 Swim Teachers to deliver outstanding lessons on a casual basis at sites across the City of Doncaster. You will need to hold a Level 2 Swim Teacher Certificate or equivalent.

Location: Trustwide - Aquatic
Salary: £14.50 - £18.00 per hour dependant on qualification
Experience: Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification
Closing date: Sat, 31 May 2025

We're looking for Part Time Level 2 Swim Teachers to deliver outstanding lessons at sites across the city. You will need to hold a Level 2 Swim Teacher Certificate or equivalent.

Location: Trustwide - Leisure
Salary: £22.50 per hour
Experience: Level 2 British Gymnastics Instructor Certificate or British Gymnastics Activity Instructor (GAI)
